About Me and You

I have always believed owning a home is a fundamental aspect of the American experience, and have viewed real estate agents as a resource when exercising my right of ownership in the great American dream.  I know a decision about where I live and what property I may own is a sacred individual privilege in America.  I have employed agents for professional help in making these important life decisions.   In choosing a profession, that is why I am a REALTOR.  I know it should be all about my client’s decisions.  I treat people as I would want to be treated by helping them make and implement good decisions in buying, selling and owning real property.  I am not a real estate salesman, and frankly conduct my business differently than most in our industry.

My business practice is based upon a consulting model, which simply means my clients’ needs come first and only.  There are three aspects of how I approach consulting.  Honesty in my business means always doing the right thing for my client, and being open about my motives and actions.  Integrity is a matter of telling the truth as I know it, even if it seems painful.  I avoid telling my clients what they want to hear instead of what they need to know.  It’s what I would expect from them.  Innovation is a matter of keeping current with my profession and changing my practice in a way to best serve my clients.

What I offer you is the extensive professional service you can expect from a full time RE/MAX agent and should you hire me, an experienced consultant working directly for you and your interests.

Contact me anytime for a casual question or service.  I’ll take the time for you if I have it, but more importantly, consider hiring me as your personal REALTOR.  I will provide you the professional help that you should expect.  We’ll start with your real estate needs and wants, and end with meeting them.

So that’s a little about me.  What can I do for you?
