Get A Personal Listing Cart

A personal Listing Cart is one of the best ways to search for homes.  Your listing cart is set up for you alone, and can be seen only by you and me.  Once I program your cart, the MLS computer sends you a daily email daily if something changes - to add any new listings, change the prices or note when a sale is pending on a listing.  The cart holds up to the last 100 listings, and drops off the oldest ones.  You can delete listings from your cart that don’t interest you or even make personal notes.

I have no form for you to fill out here.  It is better to contact me because I need to customize and enter your search instructions.  I have more tools and choices as a Realtor than you would have on a consumer search page.  Only want to see homes with in-ground pools?  Not a problem.  Want to be notified of any homes than have sold on your street?  Easy.
